Project Learning Tree (Grades K-8)
Project Learning Tree ® is an environmental education program that uses trees and forests as windows on the world to increase students' understanding of the environment and actions they can make to improve it. This Project Learning Tree workshop will enable teachers to integrate environmental education into lesson plans of all grades and subject areas, and to use the outdoors to engage students in learning about the world around them.
In this workshop, K-8 educators will discover Project Learning Tree’s Environmental Education Activity Guide and learn how to incorporate these activities into their lessons with youth to inspire curiosity about the natural world.
