Dig Into Garden Learning; A Fun, Food, and Fri-YAY Adventure
Are you hesitant about using the garden as an outdoor classroom? Join us as we delve into the dynamic world of garden ecosystems and get the dirt on extending learning into your school's garden. A field trip to a local school garden is part of the day along with a fun cooking experience. We will work through multiple disciplines and standards and learn how these can be addressed using the garden as a learning lab. This session will be a summer adventure you'll absolutely dig!
**Come for the CEU's and the fun: leave with a shovelful of resources and a garden grant opportunity!
- Course fee includes CEU certificate cost.
- Participants will be provided approximately an hour to have lunch with their training colleagues on their own.
