MDE/MSDH Join Training: Part C to Part B Transition, Collaboration, and Best Practices for Service Delivery

This cooperative learning opportunity will review federal regulations, state policies, and best practices for early childhood transition focusing on the process for developing and implementing a high-quality transition plan for preschool children moving from the Early Intervention System (Part C of IDEA) to special education services for preschool children (Part B of IDEA) and/or community-based services.  

Targeted Participants: Early intervention providers, special education directors, early childhood teachers, services providers.
