Building strong interpersonal relationships is one of the more prominent factors in a school’s success. To grow personnel and create a team-oriented culture among students, staff, and communities, the school administrator must take the lead, first and foremost, in developing appropriate and necessary relationships. This module provides research-based tenets to assist school leaders with melding individual and collective personalities together to ensure all team members are working toward common goals.
