School administrators can at times become overwhelmed when attempting to interpret federal and state legal codes, mandates, and policies. Misunderstandings or a lack of familiarity of basic legal foundations can hinder productive and/or appropriate implementation of beneficial school programs and deter sound decision making. This module will familiarize participants with federal/state law, as it applies to the school setting, and provide a strengthened knowledge base to assist school administrators with making daily decisions in a confident manner.
