Leadership Skills Development Academy (FY25/26)

Exclusively provided by North MS Education Consortium, the Leadership Skills Development Academy is specifically designed for new and practicing school administrators. Topics of focus are current and relevant, and were chosen to provide school leaders with knowledge about day-to-day practices they may not have learned in college leadership programs.

The six days of training will be facilitated by seasoned education leaders who have mentored administrators across the state.  All sessions will be in-person (P).  Participants must attend all six sessions in order to receive credits.

Only those who register for the Academy will be allowed to attend the sessions, whether partial or full attendance is anticipated.  Payment or a valid purchase order number is required before beginning the registration process.

In order to receive SEMis or OSLs, you must have an active administrator license with the start date before or after September 11, 2025
