Engaging Families and Communities for School Success

The University of Misssissippi Principal Corp is pleased to offer Engaging Families and Communities for School Success. Family and community engagement is essential to every student's academic and social success. Yet, schools often face challenges in fostering these partnerships-ranging from systemic barriers to a lack of shared trust and communication. This session empowers school leaders with the strategies, frameworks and tools necessary to cultivate authentic, reciprocal relationships with families and communities. Rooted in equity, research, and best practices, this experience reimagines faimly engagment as a shared responsibility and a cornerstone of school improvement. This session is anchored in the Dual Capacity-Building Framework and designed to support school leaders in strengthening partnerships that improve outcomes for all students.
