2627 LSDA: Utilizing Data to Improve Student Achievement Outcomes and District/School Assignments
2627 LSDA: Leading for Literacy: Administrator Moves That Matter
Leading for Literacy: Administrator Moves That Matter, presented by Dr. Kristina Livingston
If students can’t read, nothing else works. This hands-on, evidence-based training equips K–12 administrators with the specific leadership moves that drives effective literacy instruction and growth. Participants will actively analyze instruction, practice observing lessons and discussing feedback, and identify what effective literacy looks like in real classrooms. The goal is to help leaders know what to expect, what to protect, and what to prioritize at every grade level.
