Get ready to refresh, recharge, and reconnect at the Growing Healthy Minds, Bodies, and Communities (GHMBC) Wellness Conference!! This summer, join us July 14-15 in Oxford, MS at the Jackson Avenue Center for an inspiring two-day retreat designed to nourish the whole child, whole teacher, and whole community.

This isn't your typical conference—it's an experience! Whether you're a preschool teacher, Head Start educator, administrator, or simply someone passionate about wellness, you'll walk away with practical tools for integrating social-emotional learning (SEL), yoga, mindfulness, gardening, and anti-bias education into your work and daily life. 

Expect hands-on sessions, engaging discussions, and immersive activities—including a sound bath,  self-care workshops, and movement-based learning—all designed to help you and your students thrive.
