Instructional Leadership for School Improvement and Turnaround
The University of Mississippi Principal Corp is pleased to offer Instructional Leadership for School Improvement and Turnaround. This two-day professional learning experience emphasizes the pivotal role of instructional leadership in driving school improvement and turnaround initiatives. Participants will explore practical strategies for designing and sustaining rigorous, coherent systems of curriculum, instruction, and assessment that promote equitable learning outcomes for all students. Through guided reflection, data-driven problem solving, and collaborative discussions, participants will strengthen their capacity to lead effective instructional practices, foster professional growth among teachers, and create the conditions for continuous improvement and sustained success.
